Nobler Acid Etched Glass(Anti-fingerprint Glass), also called opaque glass, is produced with hydrofluoric acid on the float glass, to provide a smooth and stain-like decorative surface, which is translucent and matte, and provide obscuration and privacy.

Nobler frosted glass, could also be achieved by sandblasting, called sandblasting glass. It’s process is also changing the glass surface to translucent, and creat an opaque,cloudy appearance.

Nobler acid etched glass and frosted glass have been widely used in decoration and art field.
